How to make a MF Moringa Latte.

Hey there, my MF Products Blog readers, it’s a crisp Saturday morning and the perfect opportunity to get out there and exercise. Whether it be a walk (for you slow coaches), a gut-wrenching run (for you athletes) or an expedition, you’re going to need a great deal of energy today. However, maybe you’ve ran out of MF Coffee (for some odd reason) or you desire something a little different to your mornings… well MF Products have the best alternative to you. We present, the MF Moringa Latte. We’ve mentioned the astounding benefits of moringa before as it has anti-ulcer, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-hyperglycemic properties as well as antioxidants. It’s been hailed as one of the greatest nutrient-rich plants to have ever been discovered, and the MF Team strongly agree.

So back to our Saturday morning, you want something different to your usual hub of energy and we’ve got the answer. Our MF Products Moringa Latte recipe is sure to leave you feeling  replenished and prepared for your day. It’s a great alternative to Matcha Latte’s as it doesn’t require caffeine to have a revitalising sensation and we really appreciate that as many others would too.

Making a MF Moringa Latte is incredibly easy all you need is:

-          1 cup of milk, you can use almond milk, oat milk or soya, really just whatever you desire.

-          1 teaspoon of MF Moringa powder.

-          A sweetener of your choice, we suggest a teaspoon Maple Syrup.

Making it is even easier.

1)    First, add milk to your milk frother – we’ve just used our Nespresso one (if you don't have a frother you can heat up your preferred milk in a pot over the stove or in the microwave)

2)    Next, add moringa powder and maple syrup (or you can add your favoured sweetener)

3)    Lastly, turn on your milk frother and allow to heat up. Once done, serve in your favourite mug and enjoy the taste of MF Moringa in a warm, cosy cup!

How to make the MF Soursop smoothie.

Good evening MF Blog readers, we hope you all are staying active during this cold Christmas season. As the year draws to a close, MF Products still have a variety of tasty recipes to broadcast and this week we will be looking at how we can use our MF Soursop to make some delightful treats. Today we will be making our very own MF Soursop smoothie with bananas and almonds. We chose bananas due it’s alpha and beta carotene content when consumed by the body, this then turns in vitamin A. Bananas are also a good source of potassium and due to its low water content, it contains more calories and is more filling. This pairs wonderfully with the benefits of soursop (previously mentioned in another blog) as it; possesses antioxidants, fights against bacteria, and boosts the immune system. Almonds are also very beneficial as they contain unsaturated fats, fibre, magnesium as well as protein. When adding all three ingredients together, this is a very healthy smoothie that will help to ...

What is the best type of coffee?

Good evening my MF Product Blog readers, it’s been a while but we’re back with more content for you guys. Today, we saw a reader ask, “Out of all the different types of coffee, which one is the best?” and we believe it’s a great question. However, we also think that it depends on what you’re drinking for and that is what we will be investing in todays MF Blog . So, without further ado let’s get into this. A good cup of coffee is one that does whatever job it is that you assign it. Whether it be the most rank, percolated cup of coffee that you’re in dire need off for that extra boost or the most complex mocha made with MF Coffee that finesses your tongue with a touch of foam while you eat an olive shortbread. I know, fancy. The point is that there are so many variations of coffee to tickle your fancy. So, given that there are lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas the point this is that, while the ingredients are simple, the experience is not. There is nothing crazy about ordering a capp...
