How to make Irish Coffee?

It’s a wonderful Saturday afternoon and MF Products are still working hard to produce quality blogs for your entertainment and enjoyment. We’re 6 days away from Christmas and while some people may not be in the festive spirit, the MF Team are trying their hardest to maintain the Christmas joy during the holidays with as many coffee tips, tricks and recipes as we can. With 6 days to go, we as a group couldn’t be more excited to share with you guys not only just good recipes for your Christmas dinner but also good presents you can give to your family and friends too. It’s no surprise that that coffee and baileys can be used as a blissful Christmas drink however we like to have our twist on things. Many enjoy their Irish coffee slightly cold whilst the MF Team decided to experiment Irish coffee on the hot side, using the alcohol of the baileys and the heat to fire up those Christmas spirits in time for Santa.

So today, we’re going to be talking about Irish Coffee, how you can make it the MF Way but also where it came from and how it was created. Surprisingly, Irish coffee originated from Ireland in the city of Limerick and was created by a Joe Sheridan in 1943. It’s said that one night, at an airbase in Ireland, many passengers were left to freezing as they waited for their plane to be ready for departure and Joe Sheridan had an extremely high level of empathy for them. The story then goes that out of the kindness of his heart he create the concoction of coffee and whisky with the hopes of lifting everyone's spirits in the cold chamber. After that, word got around about Joe’s excellent creation and many couldn’t get enough of it ranging from businessmen to famous actresses such as Marilyn Monroe. The Irish Cofee has since become a well-renowned beverage that is implored and adored by many.

Here are the ingredients:

·         4 ounces of hot MF Coffee

·         1 1/2 ounce Irish Whiskey (baileys can be used, it simply depends on how strong you like it)

·         2 teaspoons of brown sugar

·         1 ounce of lightly whipped double cream

·         The MF Products team suggest adding MF Nutmeg and/or MF Cinnamon (stocks available soon)

Method:

1.       Begin to brew your MF Coffee

2.       Pour the sugar and then the coffee into a warmed mug.

3.       Stir until dissolved.

4.       Add your preferred whiskey and stir again.

5.       Float the cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon. MF Products advises to not stir again. Instead, drink the coffee through the cream as this is personally a much more satisfying sensation for us.

And that's how to make MF Irish Coffee!

What can coffee do for your skin?

Good morning everyone, welcome back to another edition of The MF Products Blog. Today we’re going to be looking at coffee and what it can do for you cosmetically. Specifically, the largest organ on your body. No, its not the liver. It’s in fact, the skin. Yes! The skin that’s all over your body is indeed an organ and since it’s everywhere we should take the most care with it. At least that’s what we think at MF Products .   Anyways, many people go through life having sensitive skin and they endure this treacherous and tedious search in trying to find that ‘special’ cream that will magically dispose of any breakouts or redness when really there’s a game changer right in front of them (not literally, but you get where I’m going with this). The truth is… MF Coffee has been the saviour this whole time. In fact, a study was published that showed that Japanese women between the ages of 30 to 60 who drank coffee had significantly less markers of aging. So that meant less wrinkles ...

How to make the MF Seamoss face mask.

Facecare is arguably the most underlooked aspect of self-care on the human body, ironically, it’s the most sensitive part too. As a result, a great deal of these products on the high street shelves claim to be good for the skin but in reality, are not. The chemicals and toxins inputted in these products are artificial and therefore struggle to benefit the skin. In fact, in most case scenarios, they make the skin worse. That’s why the MF team decided to create a facecare blog today because we care about not just our customers but society as a whole too. This, therefore, brings us to the creation of the MF Seamoss facemask. The contents inside sea moss are, of course, natural and healthy for the body. This means, if they’re healthy for the body, they must be healthy for the skin too. You will need: -           MF Seamoss gel (check out our previous blog on how to make that) -           Chlor...

What is the best type of coffee?

Good evening my MF Product Blog readers, it’s been a while but we’re back with more content for you guys. Today, we saw a reader ask, “Out of all the different types of coffee, which one is the best?” and we believe it’s a great question. However, we also think that it depends on what you’re drinking for and that is what we will be investing in todays MF Blog . So, without further ado let’s get into this. A good cup of coffee is one that does whatever job it is that you assign it. Whether it be the most rank, percolated cup of coffee that you’re in dire need off for that extra boost or the most complex mocha made with MF Coffee that finesses your tongue with a touch of foam while you eat an olive shortbread. I know, fancy. The point is that there are so many variations of coffee to tickle your fancy. So, given that there are lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas the point this is that, while the ingredients are simple, the experience is not. There is nothing crazy about ordering a capp...
