Hello all, welcome back to the MF Products Blog where we share with you interesting facts, stories, and recipes that we hope will brighten your day. Today is not only for you gym rats but also those who are about to start their journey… in becoming a gym rat. All jokes aside, we have a great tasting and nutritional shake that we believe will transform your recovery shakes after the gym to a completely different level. The key thing about this drink is that it is more than just for your muscles, it is for your brain too as you will feel revitalised after consumption. So “how much protein does this shake have?” I hear you guys asking, well with all the ingredients are added, this drink will pack a whopping 39 grams of protein. How much better will you feel knowing you drank a homemade shake as opposed to all those pre-made ones? Come now and let us get those gains!

Ingredients:

-           2 tablespoons of MF Moringa Powder (10.8g protein)

-          2 tablespoons of almond butter (6.8g protein)

-          2 cups of soy milk (14g protein)

-          2 tablespoons of chia seeds (4g protein)

-          1 avocado (4g protein)

-          Agave nectar

Method:

1)       First, add your avocado into the blender, cut it into cubes for a more effective blend.

2)       Now it is time for the 2 tablespoons of almond butter (peanut butter will work just fine), 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and 2 tablespoons of MF Moringa Powder.

3)       Sometimes a sweetener is not necessarily due to the sweetness of fruit however due to the lack of sugar in the ingredients for a more pleasant taste, we would recommend adding an all-natural sweetener like honey or maple syrup.

4)       Lastly, a liquid is imperative and today we have opted for 2 cups of soy milk, you can use alternatives however we chose soy milk out of preference.

5)       All that is left to do is blend if you’re struggling to make your smoothie smooth it means you need more liquid!

Thank you for reading the MF Blog we hope you enjoyed the shake, you can get your MF Moringa at our website now!

Good evening MF Blog readers, we hope you all are staying active during this cold Christmas season. As the year draws to a close, MF Products still have a variety of tasty recipes to broadcast and this week we will be looking at how we can use our MF Soursop to make some delightful treats. Today we will be making our very own MF Soursop smoothie with bananas and almonds. We chose bananas due it’s alpha and beta carotene content when consumed by the body, this then turns in vitamin A. Bananas are also a good source of potassium and due to its low water content, it contains more calories and is more filling. This pairs wonderfully with the benefits of soursop (previously mentioned in another blog) as it; possesses antioxidants, fights against bacteria, and boosts the immune system. Almonds are also very beneficial as they contain unsaturated fats, fibre, magnesium as well as protein. When adding all three ingredients together, this is a very healthy smoothie that will help to ...

What is the best type of coffee?

Good evening my MF Product Blog readers, it’s been a while but we’re back with more content for you guys. Today, we saw a reader ask, “Out of all the different types of coffee, which one is the best?” and we believe it’s a great question. However, we also think that it depends on what you’re drinking for and that is what we will be investing in todays MF Blog . So, without further ado let’s get into this. A good cup of coffee is one that does whatever job it is that you assign it. I know, fancy. The point is that there are so many variations of coffee to tickle your fancy. So, given that there are lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas the point this is that, while the ingredients are simple, the experience is not. There is nothing crazy about ordering a capp...
