They also provide you with a multitude of benefits as a result of the grains and MF Moringa which you know, is good for everyone.

With these crackers, you can add nuts, fresh fruit, cheese (vegan for some you) and dried fruit to your cheeseboard.

First off, the ingredients. This recipe will contain a lot of seeds which are an excellent source of fibre and good for the maintenance of your body.

You will need:

-          250g of plain or wholemeal flour

-          1 teaspoon of MF Moringa Powder

-          1 cup of pumpkin seeds

-          3/4 cup of sunflower seeds

-          1/2 cup of linseed, whole seeds

-          1/2 cup of chia seeds

-          1/3 cup gluten-free quick oats

-          2 Tablespoon of poppyseeds

-          1/2 teaspoon of salt

-          1/2 teaspoon of pepper

-          1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder

-          2 tablespoon of chilli olive oil, or plain olive oil

-          1/2 cup of water

Now you have the ingredients, it’s time to start making these, I’m getting hungry just thinking about these already.

Method:

1)      Preheat the oven to 190°. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. (Don’t forget the MF Moringa)

2)      Add olive oil and water, combine well until it forms a dough (use more water if needed).

3)      Divide the mixture into two parts. Take one half and place in between to pieces of parchment paper and roll out the dough, approx. 2-3mm thick.

4)      Cut into your desired shape and transfer them onto a baking tray. Repeat the steps with the second half of the dough. Bake for 20-25mins or until the edges are golden brown.

5)      Leave to cool for 10mins. Serve with a selection of fruits, nuts, cheeses, and dips.

It’s one of the oldest spices, like pepper and clove and it’s been cultivated for over 1000 years. Nutmeg is a spice made from the seed of Myristica fragrans, a tropical tree that is native to the Banda island of Indonesia but also commonly grown in the Caribbean and other tropical areas of the world such as the St John Parish in Jamaica. When it comes to the actual characteristics, the nutmeg seed is oval-shaped, about an inch long, slightly wrinkled, dark brown on the outside and light brown on the inside. For centuries nutmeg has been treasured for its flavour, aroma, and medicinal properties throughout the world.   In regard to MF Nutmegs taste, it’s something quite extraordinary. It possesses this sweet, spicy yet woody sensation. It’s almost as if Christmas comes early with MF Nutmeg. Did you know nutmeg has cooling
