How to make MF Moringa guacamole.

 

Happy Saturday MF readers today is going to be a bit different as we describe to you another creation possible with MF Moringa. Although some of you weren’t aware, it’s very possible to use MF Moringa in guacamole to give it even more nutritional value and enhance its green aesthetic. Guacamole is a mix of crushed avocado and spices. It’s been said that avocados originated in Mexica which therefore explains the Aztec tradition of mashing avocados, a group of people who once inhabited the region that is now regarded as Mexico. This guacamole recipe has a slightly nutty and buttery flavour with a very creamy texture that will leave you impressed. The MF Team also found that adding the MF Moringa, consumers felt even healthier after eating mainly due to the connotations of what moringa can do. Some of the ways people have eaten MF Moringa guacamole is on toast, on a sandwich or even salad dressing and on all occasions it has been said to taste amazing. Without further ado let’s get into making this simple but easy condiment.

Ingredients:

-          1 medium ripe avocado

-          4 ripe cherry tomatoes

-          Fresh cilantro, finely chopped, to taste.

-          Juice of 1/2 lime

-          1 teaspoon of MF Moringa Powder

-          Pink Himalayan Salt and cracked pepper to taste

Directions:

1)     Peel and mash avocados in a medium serving bowl. Stir in onion, cilantro, garlic, tomato, lime juice, MF Moringa,  salt and pepper. Season with remaining lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. Chill for half an hour to blend flavours.
