Good morning my fellow MF Moringa fans. Today, we have another recipe for you guys that uses our powder. As you know, MF Moringa powder has a variety of many nutrients and benefits that will impose many health advantages. Bread and moringa don’t seem like the most appetising or ordinary mix however after trying this combination, many within the MF Department grew to like its uniqueness. This MF Moringa bread recipe provides hearty, nutty, delicious, whole grain bread. It’s also a natural way to incorporate the benefits of Moringa into your daily life. There is no added sugar, and it is terrific as a side dish or lightly toasted with your choice of spread for a healthy snack option. Here’s how to make it:
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of spelt flour (500g)
- 1 cup of mixed raw seeds (150g) sunflower, sesame and pumpkin
- 3 medium carrots finely shredded
- 2 cups of warm water
- 1.5 teaspoon of yeast
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 tablespoons of MF Moringa powder
Method:
1) Soften yeast in warm water.
2) Add all ingredients into the large mixing bowl.
3) Mix till moist dough forms or all ingredients are moistened. If available, use a hand mixer or stand mixer with the dough hook.
4) Spread dough into prepared mini loaf pans. Sprinkle the dough with sesame seeds (optional).
5) Place two small loaf pans on the middle rack of a cold oven. Set oven temperature to 400 °F (200 °C) Bake MF Moringa bread for 45-50 minutes or until you can insert and remove a toothpick without the dough sticking to the toothpick. The crust of the loaves should be lightly browned.

Bananas are also a good source of potassium and due to its low water content, it contains more calories and is more filling. This pairs wonderfully with the benefits of soursop (previously mentioned in another blog) as it; possesses antioxidants, fights against bacteria, and boosts the immune system.
