How to make mushrooms using MF Coffee grounds.

Good evening MF Product blog readers, it’s blog time and today we shall be talking about mushrooms and MF Coffee can be used if you want to grow mushrooms fast and organically. Just in case you didn’t know, mushrooms only thrive in specific conditions and are notoriously difficult to grow, which is why a detailed plan is needed to explain how to grow them correctly.

First things first, they do not grow in ordinary garden soil, this is because they require a substrate, or underlying substance or layer so that it can be used for energy and nutrition. A good substrate is required in order for the mushroom to grow and to fruit to its highest capabilities. Used MF Coffee grounds make a great substrate because they are packed full of nutrients that mushrooms like to grow on. What’s also particularly interesting is the fact that sterilisation doesn’t even need to occur as the brewing process of coffee has done that already.

Anyways, we’re now going to give you a step by step tutorial on how to grow mushrooms using MF Coffee grounds.
  1. Gather about 2.5 kg of grounds and dampen them using a spray bottle.
  2. Add a little over 500 grams of mushroom bacterium and sawdust mixture and blend well. (You can find this product at your local gardening store).
  3. Place said mixture into a filter patch grow bag, large freezer bag or bucket and fill until roughly around one-half to two-thirds is full.
  4. Cut four air holes, approximately 5 mm in size, into the sides of your container above the grounds. You may be using an open container, in that case, cover it with cellophane and poke with a few more small air holes.
  5. Gently spray the MF Coffee grounds with water once daily or as needed to keep them moist.
  6. Then, in two to four weeks when you start to see dense white areas with little budding mushrooms, move the container to an area with lighter and fresher air.
  7. When the mushrooms become plump and their caps turn upward, you can begin to harvest them.
And that’s it, not particularly hard is it? Just add adequate moisture and MF Coffee grounds and you’re ready to go and make perfectly healthy and fruitful mushrooms.

What can coffee do for your skin?

Good morning everyone, welcome back to another edition of The MF Products Blog. Today we’re going to be looking at coffee and what it can do for you cosmetically. Specifically, the largest organ on your body. No, its not the liver. It’s in fact, the skin. Yes! The skin that’s all over your body is indeed an organ and since it’s everywhere we should take the most care with it. At least that’s what we think at MF Products .   Anyways, many people go through life having sensitive skin and they endure this treacherous and tedious search in trying to find that ‘special’ cream that will magically dispose of any breakouts or redness when really there’s a game changer right in front of them (not literally, but you get where I’m going with this). The truth is… MF Coffee has been the saviour this whole time. In fact, a study was published that showed that Japanese women between the ages of 30 to 60 who drank coffee had significantly less markers of aging. So that meant less wrinkles ...

How to make the MF Soursop smoothie.

Good evening MF Blog readers, we hope you all are staying active during this cold Christmas season. As the year draws to a close, MF Products still have a variety of tasty recipes to broadcast and this week we will be looking at how we can use our MF Soursop to make some delightful treats. Today we will be making our very own MF Soursop smoothie with bananas and almonds. We chose bananas due it’s alpha and beta carotene content when consumed by the body, this then turns in vitamin A. Bananas are also a good source of potassium and due to its low water content, it contains more calories and is more filling. This pairs wonderfully with the benefits of soursop (previously mentioned in another blog) as it; possesses antioxidants, fights against bacteria, and boosts the immune system. Almonds are also very beneficial as they contain unsaturated fats, fibre, magnesium as well as protein. When adding all three ingredients together, this is a very healthy smoothie that will help to ...

What is the best type of coffee?

Good evening my MF Product Blog readers, it’s been a while but we’re back with more content for you guys. Today, we saw a reader ask, “Out of all the different types of coffee, which one is the best?” and we believe it’s a great question. However, we also think that it depends on what you’re drinking for and that is what we will be investing in todays MF Blog . So, without further ado let’s get into this. A good cup of coffee is one that does whatever job it is that you assign it. Whether it be the most rank, percolated cup of coffee that you’re in dire need off for that extra boost or the most complex mocha made with MF Coffee that finesses your tongue with a touch of foam while you eat an olive shortbread. I know, fancy. The point is that there are so many variations of coffee to tickle your fancy. So, given that there are lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas the point this is that, while the ingredients are simple, the experience is not. There is nothing crazy about ordering a capp...
