How to make MF Chili.

Good evening MF Products UK Blog readers! How are you all doing today? I can bet that at least ¾ of you are starving right now so today I’m going to give you guys a tutorial on how to make a MF Coffee Cold Brew Red Eye Texas Chili. It’s pretty straightforward and a very cool way of using MF Coffee in a unique way.

First things first, you’re going to need the ingredients. Can’t be making chili without knowing what to put it in it can you?

For the ingredients you will need:

6 Guajillo chilies

6 Ancho chilies

1 Arbol chili

2 pounds of boneless beef

1⁄8 cup of corn masa

2 tablespoons of olive or avocado oil

1 yellow or brown onion, diced (about 2 cups)

8 cloves of garlic, minced

1 can (12 oz) of Mexican beer

12 oz of Cold-Brew MF Coffee

2 tablespoons of sea salt

1⁄2 a teaspoon of black pepper, freshly cracked

2 teaspoons of cumin

1⁄4 teaspoon of allspice

Toppings:

avocado

diced onion

lime

cilantro

cotija or jack cheese

fresh tortillas

So, as you can see in our MF Coffee chili, there’s a lotttttt of chilli. Obviously. as usual we have to get into the preparation of it. You can’t just have all these ingredients with no set way of fusing their wonderful flavours together to make something special. Here’s how the MF team made it:

1. Toast the chilies in the pan over a medium heat until it becomes aromatic.

2. Cover the chillies with water and let sit for 30 minutes to soften.

3. Meanwhile, cut your beef into 2” chunks and cover it with corn masa.

4. Then, add 1 tablespoon of oil to a new pan. Over a medium-high heat, sear one side of 1⁄2 your beef chunks for about 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining beef.

5. Place your seared meat into your crock pot.

6. Reduce heat to medium and add some onion and garlic.

7. Finally cook for about 8 minutes until onions are translucent and a little golden.

8. And that’s it, you add in the meat and you just let it cook.

What can coffee do for your skin?

Good morning everyone, welcome back to another edition of The MF Products Blog. Today we’re going to be looking at coffee and what it can do for you cosmetically. Specifically, the largest organ on your body. No, its not the liver. It’s in fact, the skin. Yes! The skin that’s all over your body is indeed an organ and since it’s everywhere we should take the most care with it. At least that’s what we think at MF Products .   Anyways, many people go through life having sensitive skin and they endure this treacherous and tedious search in trying to find that ‘special’ cream that will magically dispose of any breakouts or redness when really there’s a game changer right in front of them (not literally, but you get where I’m going with this). The truth is… MF Coffee has been the saviour this whole time. In fact, a study was published that showed that Japanese women between the ages of 30 to 60 who drank coffee had significantly less markers of aging. So that meant less wrinkles ...

How to make the MF Seamoss face mask.

Facecare is arguably the most underlooked aspect of self-care on the human body, ironically, it’s the most sensitive part too. As a result, a great deal of these products on the high street shelves claim to be good for the skin but in reality, are not. The chemicals and toxins inputted in these products are artificial and therefore struggle to benefit the skin. In fact, in most case scenarios, they make the skin worse. That’s why the MF team decided to create a facecare blog today because we care about not just our customers but society as a whole too. This, therefore, brings us to the creation of the MF Seamoss facemask. The contents inside sea moss are, of course, natural and healthy for the body. This means, if they’re healthy for the body, they must be healthy for the skin too. You will need: -           MF Seamoss gel (check out our previous blog on how to make that) -           Chlor...

What is the best type of coffee?

Good evening my MF Product Blog readers, it’s been a while but we’re back with more content for you guys. Today, we saw a reader ask, “Out of all the different types of coffee, which one is the best?” and we believe it’s a great question. However, we also think that it depends on what you’re drinking for and that is what we will be investing in todays MF Blog . So, without further ado let’s get into this. A good cup of coffee is one that does whatever job it is that you assign it. Whether it be the most rank, percolated cup of coffee that you’re in dire need off for that extra boost or the most complex mocha made with MF Coffee that finesses your tongue with a touch of foam while you eat an olive shortbread. I know, fancy. The point is that there are so many variations of coffee to tickle your fancy. So, given that there are lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas the point this is that, while the ingredients are simple, the experience is not. There is nothing crazy about ordering a capp...
