Is coffee good for the heart?

Good afternoon my MF Coffee readers. Our last post was about how MF Coffee could help the liver and well, since we’re on such a roll the MF Team thought it was appropriate that we continued and spoke about how else MF Coffee can help our organs. We’ve seen that MF Coffee can help with headaches, the liver, your skin… now, it’s time to investigate what MF Coffee can do for the heart.

In the past there were disputes on a regular basis regarding coffees actual health benefits, especially on the heart. However, as studies have improved, the link between increased health and coffee consumption can no longer go unnoticed. In fact, it’s been shown that consuming around 3-4 cups of coffee a day could help protect our cardiovascular cells from damage and also aid them in repairing faster. Cardiovascular cells are in our arteries and veins and help blood transport through the body and heart. If these cells are not functioning at optimum levels all sorts of complications can occur.

The elderly (who are more at risk of heart problems) will particularly benefit from caffeinated beverages due to the fact that caffeine induces the movement of a protein called “p27” in the mitochondria which consequently leads to protecting heart muscle cells from cell deterioration. But that doesn’t just mean older people should drink MF Coffee, even the generation of today should invest in MF Coffee as their permanent supplier of premium coffee. Not only is coffee good at accelerating protective protocols within the body, it’s also good at preventing complications in the first place.

The study was conducted on mice in which the researchers also found that the protein was very important for the recovery after a heart attack. This was mainly due to its function being boosted by caffeine.

All in all, MF Coffee helps in protecting the heart, repairing it, and maintain the cells within it that allows it to do the wonderful things that it does.

What can coffee do for your skin?

Good morning everyone, welcome back to another edition of The MF Products Blog. Today we’re going to be looking at coffee and what it can do for you cosmetically. Specifically, the largest organ on your body. No, its not the liver. It’s in fact, the skin. Yes! The skin that’s all over your body is indeed an organ and since it’s everywhere we should take the most care with it. At least that’s what we think at MF Products .   Anyways, many people go through life having sensitive skin and they endure this treacherous and tedious search in trying to find that ‘special’ cream that will magically dispose of any breakouts or redness when really there’s a game changer right in front of them (not literally, but you get where I’m going with this). The truth is… MF Coffee has been the saviour this whole time. In fact, a study was published that showed that Japanese women between the ages of 30 to 60 who drank coffee had significantly less markers of aging. So that meant less wrinkles ...

How to make the MF Seamoss face mask.

Facecare is arguably the most underlooked aspect of self-care on the human body, ironically, it’s the most sensitive part too. As a result, a great deal of these products on the high street shelves claim to be good for the skin but in reality, are not. The chemicals and toxins inputted in these products are artificial and therefore struggle to benefit the skin. In fact, in most case scenarios, they make the skin worse. That’s why the MF team decided to create a facecare blog today because we care about not just our customers but society as a whole too. This, therefore, brings us to the creation of the MF Seamoss facemask. The contents inside sea moss are, of course, natural and healthy for the body. This means, if they’re healthy for the body, they must be healthy for the skin too. You will need: -           MF Seamoss gel (check out our previous blog on how to make that) -           Chlor...

What is the best type of coffee?

Good evening my MF Product Blog readers, it’s been a while but we’re back with more content for you guys. Today, we saw a reader ask, “Out of all the different types of coffee, which one is the best?” and we believe it’s a great question. However, we also think that it depends on what you’re drinking for and that is what we will be investing in todays MF Blog . So, without further ado let’s get into this. A good cup of coffee is one that does whatever job it is that you assign it. Whether it be the most rank, percolated cup of coffee that you’re in dire need off for that extra boost or the most complex mocha made with MF Coffee that finesses your tongue with a touch of foam while you eat an olive shortbread. I know, fancy. The point is that there are so many variations of coffee to tickle your fancy. So, given that there are lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas the point this is that, while the ingredients are simple, the experience is not. There is nothing crazy about ordering a capp...
