What is healthier: coffee with milk or without milk?

So, you want to know if you should have your coffee creamy and smooth or strong and black? Well, both options are excellent variations to have your coffee especially if the coffee you’re drinking is MF Coffee, cultivated in the Jamaican Blue Mountains. But back to the question, which is better to drink? This is what you’re here to find out.

If you’re one to count the calories and you simply despise anything that will jeopardise that weight-loss plan you’ve been trying to stick to for years – yes, I said “trying” and I said “years”, we both know you’ve given up on the downlow. Anyways, if you are that constant calorie counter then, regularly brewed coffee without milk would be the better option. Did you know that black brewed coffee has under 10 calories in a 12 oz serving  with basically zero fat. Obviously, the number of potential calories a milk-brewed cup of coffee could possess depends on the type of milk you use, at MF Coffee, for a low-fat alternative we would suggest almond milk for that nutty flavour or maybe even soya milk.

Now, when talking about coffee caffeine always has a way of sneaking into the discussion and no surprise its about to sneak into this one. For those people concerned with their caffeine consumption, a cup of MF Coffee brewed black for example will contain a higher level of caffeine  simply due to the fact that with black coffee you are consuming a higher volume of liquid that is isn’t tampered with extra substances. Comparably, with more milk-based coffee drinks such as lattes the coffee content is less meaning the caffeine content is less as more volume is need for the milk to infuse with the coffee.

With that being said MF Coffee isn’t claiming that caffeine isn’t good for you, in fact we believe caffeine has a plethora of benefits for that reason we are simply suggesting making a judgement that suits YOUR needs.

To conclude, the question “What’s healthier: coffee with milk or without milk” is quite clearly subjective however what we really should be doing is appreciating the rich and tantalising taste that MF Coffee provides in every, single, pack. Coffee with milk is arguably more indulgent and smooth whereas with black coffee its arguably more beneficial and much more straight-cut.

What can coffee do for your skin?

Good morning everyone, welcome back to another edition of The MF Products Blog. Today we’re going to be looking at coffee and what it can do for you cosmetically. Specifically, the largest organ on your body. No, its not the liver. It’s in fact, the skin. Yes! The skin that’s all over your body is indeed an organ and since it’s everywhere we should take the most care with it. At least that’s what we think at MF Products .   Anyways, many people go through life having sensitive skin and they endure this treacherous and tedious search in trying to find that ‘special’ cream that will magically dispose of any breakouts or redness when really there’s a game changer right in front of them (not literally, but you get where I’m going with this). The truth is… MF Coffee has been the saviour this whole time. In fact, a study was published that showed that Japanese women between the ages of 30 to 60 who drank coffee had significantly less markers of aging. So that meant less wrinkles ...

How to make the MF Seamoss face mask.

Facecare is arguably the most underlooked aspect of self-care on the human body, ironically, it’s the most sensitive part too. As a result, a great deal of these products on the high street shelves claim to be good for the skin but in reality, are not. The chemicals and toxins inputted in these products are artificial and therefore struggle to benefit the skin. In fact, in most case scenarios, they make the skin worse. That’s why the MF team decided to create a facecare blog today because we care about not just our customers but society as a whole too. This, therefore, brings us to the creation of the MF Seamoss facemask. The contents inside sea moss are, of course, natural and healthy for the body. This means, if they’re healthy for the body, they must be healthy for the skin too. You will need: -           MF Seamoss gel (check out our previous blog on how to make that) -           Chlor...

What is the best type of coffee?

Good evening my MF Product Blog readers, it’s been a while but we’re back with more content for you guys. Today, we saw a reader ask, “Out of all the different types of coffee, which one is the best?” and we believe it’s a great question. However, we also think that it depends on what you’re drinking for and that is what we will be investing in todays MF Blog . So, without further ado let’s get into this. A good cup of coffee is one that does whatever job it is that you assign it. Whether it be the most rank, percolated cup of coffee that you’re in dire need off for that extra boost or the most complex mocha made with MF Coffee that finesses your tongue with a touch of foam while you eat an olive shortbread. I know, fancy. The point is that there are so many variations of coffee to tickle your fancy. So, given that there are lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas the point this is that, while the ingredients are simple, the experience is not. There is nothing crazy about ordering a capp...
