How to make a MF Soursop, lime and ginger lime smoothie.

Hello guys, it’s the MF Team again and today we’re going to be looking at another recipe using our MF Soursop powder. As you know, the benefits of MF Soursop are endless. It’s high in antioxidants, helps reduce inflammation and stabilises blood sugar levels. That’s just a small amount of all the things it can do for you. Anyways, this recipe is one that couples the taste of soursop with a more powerful taste that comes from the ginger, as well as a more zingy and tangy taste that comes from the lime. This is an excellent drink for those who are really interested in detoxing their body and shedding some excess weight.

Here’s what you need:

-          115g of MF Soursop powder

-          1 teaspoon of ginger (grated)

-          1 lime (juiced)

-          3 cups of water (you can use alternatives such as almond or hemp milk)

-          1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

-          Honey or other natural sweeteners (however for the healthiest option we’d advise to avoid sugar)

-          1 teaspoon of MF Nutmeg for flavour

Directions:

1)      Firstly, put the MF Soursop powder into the blender.

2)      Add a little water (or almond or hemp milk).

3)      Blend until smooth, adding the remaining water to achieve a thinner consistency (if desired).

4)      Add the ginger, lime juice, vanilla, and MF Nutmeg (if you fancy) and blend some more.

5)      Add sweetener if desired
