How to make MF Coffee Pop Tarts.

Good evening my MF Coffee drinkers. You guys know what time it is… it’s recipe time and today we’ve got a delightful treat for you. Today we’re going to show you how to make MF Coffee pop tarts. They’re relatively simple to make and absolutely divine to eat.

For the ingredients you will need:

2 1⁄2 cups of all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons of sugar

1 teaspoon of sea salt

1 cup of butter which must be cold & cubed

2⁄3 cup of Cold-Brew MF Coffee

egg wash (egg mixed with water)

1⁄2 a cup of dark chocolate chips

For the icing Glaze:

3⁄4 cup powdered sugar

1⁄4 cup cacao powder

2 tablespoons of Cold-Brew MF Coffee

Chocolate sprinkles

Sounds scrumptious doesn’t it? Now let’s see how we put all this together, to make this.

1. Stir together your flour, sugar and salt. Using a fork, smash in the cold butter until it resembles coarse sand.

2. Mix in just enough Cold-Brew MF Coffee until a dough ball forms, careful not to over mix.

3. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes.

4. Roll out your dough on a floured surface until it’s 1⁄8 inch thick. Using a pizza cutter, cut into 8, 3“x8” rectangles, keeping it as cold as possible the whole time.

5. Place 1 heaping tablespoon of filling on one end of the rectangle.

6. Brush the egg wash around the filling and fold the dry end over the end with filling.

7. Seal all 4 edges by pressing with a fork and poke holes in the top of your pastry to let steam escape. Then brush the top with egg wash.

8. Repeat with the seven remaining rectangles and then move your pop tarts to a  sheet lined with parchment.

9. Chill your pop tarts for 20 minutes+ as your oven preheats to 400*F10. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes until golden. The darker they get they crunchier they will be. Let cool 5 – 10 minutes.

10. Don’t forget to make the icing glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, cacao powder, and MF Coffee.

11. Lastly spoon over the top of each pop tart and immediately add sprinkles. Let the icing dry and serve warm.

How to make the MF Soursop smoothie.

Good evening MF Blog readers, we hope you all are staying active during this cold Christmas season. As the year draws to a close, MF Products still have a variety of tasty recipes to broadcast and this week we will be looking at how we can use our MF Soursop to make some delightful treats. Today we will be making our very own MF Soursop smoothie with bananas and almonds. We chose bananas due it’s alpha and beta carotene content when consumed by the body, this then turns in vitamin A. Bananas are also a good source of potassium and due to its low water content, it contains more calories and is more filling. This pairs wonderfully with the benefits of soursop (previously mentioned in another blog) as it; possesses antioxidants, fights against bacteria, and boosts the immune system. Almonds are also very beneficial as they contain unsaturated fats, fibre, magnesium as well as protein. When adding all three ingredients together, this is a very healthy smoothie that will help to ...

What is the best type of coffee?

Good evening my MF Product Blog readers, it’s been a while but we’re back with more content for you guys. Today, we saw a reader ask, “Out of all the different types of coffee, which one is the best?” and we believe it’s a great question. However, we also think that it depends on what you’re drinking for and that is what we will be investing in todays MF Blog . So, without further ado let’s get into this. A good cup of coffee is one that does whatever job it is that you assign it. Whether it be the most rank, percolated cup of coffee that you’re in dire need off for that extra boost or the most complex mocha made with MF Coffee that finesses your tongue with a touch of foam while you eat an olive shortbread. I know, fancy. The point is that there are so many variations of coffee to tickle your fancy. So, given that there are lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas the point this is that, while the ingredients are simple, the experience is not. There is nothing crazy about ordering a capp...
